Michael's background features over 20 years with Coldwell Banker Corporation, where he served as Vice President, Director of Career Development and Director of Management Education. During his career, he has been involved in the development, delivery and implementation of some of the industry's most successful management programs, including “Blueprint for Profitable Operation” and “Hire Power.”
Michael is president of his own training, speaking, and consulting company, Michael C. Brown & Associates. In that capacity his time is devoted to management consulting in addition to the design and delivery of training and education programs for a wide range of organizations. He also manages his company's future business development and marketing programs.
